- All Orders are shipped using USPS priority mail
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.Β ο»ΏOnce your order has shipped you will receive another email with tracking information.Β If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please send an email to glowingpoppyclothingco@gmail.com to update your email address.
- Items shipped with USPS priority mail are insured by USPS for up to $100.00.Β If you'd like to add additional insurance to your order, please send an email to glowingpoppyclothingco@gmail.com.

- Readymade orders must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.Β Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.Β You will be reimbursed for the order when the order arrives to Glowing Poppy.Β
- We do not currently offer exchanges.Β You will have to go through the return process and order a new product afterwards.Β
- Email glowingpoppyclothingco@gmail.com with your name and order number to begin the returns process.Β
- The return warranty of purchased items covers major manufacturing defects (not including minor aesthetic imperfections).

- Please note that since I repurpose one-of-a-kind vintage linens and reclaimed fabrics that are often quite delicate, I cannot offer alterations to readymade pieces.Β I use sewing techniques that are made to last and will not risk damaging the finished piece.Β
- All pieces are fully lined using an organic voile, cotton fabric.Β This ensures a comfortable, easy to wear, finished piece.Β The voile fabric is sustainably sourced from Organic Cotton Plus, a small family owned business based in Texas.Β They are the first fabric retailer in the US to be fully GOTS-certifiedο»Ώ.
- Glowing Poppy uses all upcycled materials (with the exception of thread, lining and labels). Thank you for appreciating the slight imperfections due to the use of vintage materials and the nature of being handmade.Β Β
- Buyer is responsible to know measurements and ask questions when purchasing one-of-a-kind pieces.Β
